About

Prestige Pictures is owned and operated by Alexander M Howe.

Having begun his career working for a documentary film company his first big assignment took him to Belfast where he spent 3 weeks working on a drama with Hollywood great Liam Neeson. It was Liam’s first ever film!

Alexander spent the next few years shooting stills and film for charities and national businesses.

Moving on to becoming freelance he worked on Shaw Taylor’s POLICE 5  for London Weekend TV, celebrity interviews with musicians like Stevie Wonder & Rod Stewart and shot a piece for Japanese TV behind the scenes on Pierce Bosnan’s James Bond epic Golden Eye at the deserted Rolls Royce engine factory near Watford. Warner Bothers took over the site and filmed all the Harry Potter movies there, making it the largest Warner studio complex in the world.

Alexander then returned to this site years later and shot a film for BBC’s One Show using Warwick Davis as presenter.

In recent times, he shot stills and video for large companies like Disney, BBC, ITV and NBC and worked with some of the biggest names in show business.
